The upcoming Xiaomi 17 Ultra is set to succeed earlier Ultra models like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and 15 Ultra, bringing notable upgrades and innovations. The Xiaomi 17 lineup includes four smartphones—the Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max, which debuted in September, while the 17 Ultra is expected to launch in the coming months. Among them, the 17 Ultra remains the most intriguing and least revealed so far.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to feature a powerful quad-camera setup, including a 50MP 1-inch main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP telephoto camera, and a large 200MP 1/1.4-inch periscopic telephoto sensor. On the front, a 50MP Omni Vision selfie camera is rumored.
Display-wise, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra is rumored to sport an LTPO AMOLED panel with up to 2K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. Connectivity is another highlight, with support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and UWB, aiming to deliver a more advanced and connected smartphone experience. Other Xiaomi devices have some other different specifications, which are now one step behind the Xiaomi 17 Ultra.
